Nicki Christensen is a relationship-driven Utah REALTOR® with more than a decade of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors in her community. Since beginning her career, she has built a steady, referral-based business and consistently closed transactions each year through trust, integrity, and authentic client care. In addition to real estate, Nicki has devoted significant time to serving local families as Chair of the Alpine Youth Council, deepening her commitment to the people and neighborhoods she represents. With experience, heart, and a forward-thinking approach, Nicki is dedicated to delivering a professional and elevated real estate experience every step of the way.
I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and came to Utah to attend Brigham Young University — graduating in 1999. My husband and I chose to stay for the Wasatch Mountain views and the pace of life we wanted for our family. Alpine, Utah has been home for 18+ years. It is where we raised three kids, volunteered, and built friendships that often become clients — and clients who become friends.
Real estate found me as a natural extension of how I already loved to help people: listening first, explaining options clearly, and staying steady when inspections or negotiations feel overwhelming. With 10+ years in the business, I have grown a referral-based practice that spans luxury listings and nervous first-time buyers — because everyone deserves the same respect and preparation.
